All transactions are handled through Tradenable / i-Escrow, Inc. Once we have received an email containing the name of the stocking or stockings you wish to purchase, we will register the transaction with Tradenable.
Tradenable will then notify you via email to come to their secure website to review the terms of the agreement and submit shipping information and payment. Payment may be in the form of credit card, personal or business check, money order, cashier's check or wire transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Payment made by personal or business check will require ten weekdays to process before merchandise can be shipped.
All money held in escrow by i-Escrow, Inc., Tradenable's escrow service, is kept in a non-interest bearing, federally-insured trust account.
Once payment has been received, Tradenable will notify us with shipping information and the merchandise will be shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Note: For security purposes, Tradenable does not email address information. All address information will be obtained by logging into the Tradenable transaction page which is secured.
After delivery, you have three days to inspect the merchandise and update the transaction page on the Tradenable website. If, for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise (in original condition) post dated within the inspection period and receive a refund minus the escrow fee ($2.50) and shipping fees ($3.90). Note: The transaction page at the Tradenable site must be updated for rejection of merchandise. Upon failure to update the transaction page on the Tradenable site within the inspection period, Tradenable will automatically release payment to us.
